11 Nov 2009 Ramakrishna Goud, England & Wales (Traveller): Definitely recommend Hard Rock Cafe. Not a budget meal but the chicken SAvoulaki was amazing ... the best you can have in Athens. On the street parallel to the main shopping street at syntagma square there is a very good restaturant serving delicisou greek food. heard that its the best value for money. |

11 Nov 2009 Ramakrishna Goud, England & Wales (Traveller): Check out all the attractions at night they are very good. Walk around Syntagma square to catch up with changing of guards, Temple of Olympic Zeus. First cemetry is very good. The New Acropolis musuem is a must see. Don't miss the one day cruise covering 3 islands .. if you are lucky you should get it at 80-90 EUR. Avoid their lunch as that sucks. Temple of Sounion is also very good. The bus ride along the coast is very scenic. |
