Loved the Red Ocre Grill and they have 20% off if you book in advance for the 6-7 p.m. time slot. Really liked their Bushtucker Special and I was able to try all of the exotic meats of the area - camel, kangeroo, emu.

Overlander Steak-House (but very expensive- $65 for the meal where you get to try emu, camel, kangaroo, crocodile and have steak or fish for main but it is a very nice 4 course meal) Obviously coach trips to Uluru
