08 Jul 2009 Marc, USA (Traveller): Rosario - beautiful third-largest city in Argentina on Rio Parana with lots to see and do. BUT, unfortunately, hostels are VERY POOR. Especially the FIRE TRAP and rip-off joint that is Che Pampas Hostel - DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!
