21 Jul 2009 Chris, England & Wales (Gast): The Aiguille du Midi. A cable car takes you from Chamonix (roughly 1km above sea level) to the Aiguille du Midi, 3.8km. The views are utterly spectacular, like nothing I've ever seen. Go as early in the morning as you can bear to get up. |
