21 Mai 2012 Kristen, USA - Vereinigte Staaten (Gast): Mount Monserrate is only about a 20 min walk from the hostel and it is about the only there there is to see and do in Bogota other than museums or walking around the old parts of town. Well worth the $10 round trip in the funicular. There is also a cable car but it doesn't operate on holidays. The funicular is about 1/2 price on Sundays so go then if you can. Great view from the top. Can also walk for free but it is steep. |
