11 Okt 2009 Greg, England & Wales (Gast): There is a shop just over the road, but the magic time in Maynooth is 6pm, that is when everything is closed, so you can buy all you need before 6 and cook in the hostel kitchen (there is also an LCBO up the road)

11 Okt 2009 Greg, England & Wales (Gast): Tom opens the bar downstairs, but it is just going to be who ever is in the hostel. If you have a car/taxi apparently there is a town 20km down the road with things open later.

11 Okt 2009 Greg, England & Wales (Gast): The greyhound buses take people to Ottowa or Toronto, there may be other buses but that's the ones I know, so you can go either way. As it is we got a lift and had thanks giving with a family we met at the hostel!
