Very unfriendly staff! It cost nothing to say goodmorning of something like that. The bathrooms were very dirty. Everytime out of toiletpaper and full bins. Don´t talk about the kitchen! What a hell!!!! No plates, pans and what they had was old and dirty! I won´t recommend this place to anyone!!

Really nice building and very friendly staff - convenient for the bus station but too far to realistically walk into town centre - but micros during the day only cost Bs1.50 and a taxi back at night is Bs5, so not that much of a hassle.

All in all a nice hostel but had the downstairs toilet seemed never to be cleaned or have toilet paper and there was never any washing up liquid in the kitchen. Very stark and lack of common areas which due to location were needed. Probably good for couples etc etc as private rooms were apparantly gr8.

The location is a disappointment, a good 25-30 minute walk from town. Otherwise this hostel is good.

The staff seemed disinterested, the rooms looked like they had 2 years of dust and although the hostel was close to the bus station it was expensive for being so far from town.
