| Friendly staff, already knows you by name after a minute. Service goes latin american, friendly, with care, though a little slow. This doesn't matter if you are on a holiday. Secrity of the backpacks is the best so far I have seen. Location is ok, but the town is small, so another street wouldn't make it worse. (232890) | |||

| La verdad es que prefiero ser sincera por si toman en cuenta estos comentarios...los que vayan despues de mi podran disfrutar aún más!! Hace muchisimo frio dentro del albergue....creo que tampoco uno paga taaaan barato como para no tener derecho a una buena ducha caliente, y calefaccion! Gracias :) (189066) | |||

| Hostel was very cold. When I asked the staff to finally build a fire, they mocked me. It took two hours for the older gentleman who seems to run the place to get an inadequate fire going. I went to bed.
The staff insisted I speak Spanish with them, would not answer my questions in English even though they knew some.
The hostel had a good video library and a good breakfast. There was hot water for showers.
I actually left after one miserable night, to stay with my friend in Colonia Valdense.
