A homeless person created a scene in the lobby for well over 30 minutes. Your staff dealt with them in a very reasonable manner, but I would have called the police to have the person removed. It was kinda like a joy killer.

I was so impressed by Amy - she firmly stood up to a very pushy lady with grace and kindness. Made me feel safe and secure to have her around.

I was looking for the Israeli Flag in the cubby holes for food in the kitchen area. There were many other flags of the world in the cubby holes for food but not Israel's...? I hope the over site was just that and not based on anti-semetic attitudes to accomodate Anti-Israel visitors?
