My only complaint is that when I left each day at 8am for my conference, there was nobody at the desk until 9am so I wasn't able to get my "code" for the front door lock and had to come back late in the afternoon to get; otherwise couldn't get back into hostel after 9pm. Staff was friendly & helpful. Events & directions were posted for activities in town. Few items to improve for future stays, please provide free parking, also the laundry room floor is dirty. Let visitor know they SHOULD have their shoes for that. Respuesta del albergue: Great point regarding shoes in the basement as we share it with a restaurant downstairs! Dear Sirs - I arrived at 9:30 PM, the door was locked, my phone call attempt went to a recording, and I was unable to gain access. Allan Respuesta del albergue: Yes, our office closes at 9 p.m.. I really liked the fact that you can meet and talk with more people and they can assist you in finding the route to go to places you need to visit or go during your trip as grocery stores and the place you must go in your visit. I appreciate the staff and other guests help and support and all their time and making me have a easy time in Madison. Thanks so much.
