| Hicimos la reserva con meses de antelación y a pesar de tener la confirmación de reserva, nos hicieron pagar 20 euros más porque por su mala gestión no les constaba nuestra reserva en su página, y poniendonos excusas absurdas nos dijeron que era la única forma de tener alojamiento.
Even though we had a reservation number, because of their bad procedure when it comes to checking reservations they made us pay 20 dollars more to stay the nights we had reserved, because they didn´t check properly the bookings done through the IH page at they had overbooked the hostel.So we had to pay more in orther to sleep in some rooms that belonged to the university students(or that is, at least ,what we were told...)the other was fine...but that shouldn´t have happened!!!and if the mistake was theirs, as they accepted the last day, they should have arranged it and not make us pay the difference,we paid for their mistakes...
