En el Downtown solo me quede 1 noche, debido al costo tan alto en los alrrededores, debo resaltar la colaboracion de Ruben en ayudarme a ubicar en el hostellin de fort mason por 3 noches, en donde tuve una magnifica atencion por parte de Fernando Esterilla, quien hizo que tuviera una buena estadia.

El unico inconveniente que le encontre a este hostal fue los sanitarios compartidos, un poco descuidados, fuera de ello, una grata experiencia

Muy bien situado. Habitación con poco espacio para nosotros y las maletas. Sin baño en la habitación. Hay otras que sí tienen. Desayuno con poca variedad pero suficiente. A veces costaba encontrar sitio para sentarse.

Sólo dos baños (WC) y dos duchas para una planta entera, en no muy buenas condiciones y que necesitaban una buena reforma. El barrio, a pesar de ser bastante mejor que el del otro albergue de San Francisco, seguía estando cerca de una zona complicada, con mendigos y yonkis.

Two staff members could have been more helpful. Early on, I needed to change rooms because a strong sewage leak seeping into my room. The staff member was unwilling to investigate and very reluctantly switched me to another room.

Toilet-only bathrooms should have a wall-mounted hand sanitizer; Internet room should perhaps have a sign notifying users to make sure they have a pen ready to write down the access code after they are done using the Internet. Otherwise, all cool and hoping to visit soon again.

I found the staff (except for one person) not very helpful, even snobbish. I don't know if it is me (in fact, I have enough customer's service experience to know it is not me), but I do not appreciate the service in that hostel in San Francisco. The staff isn't smiling, helping, and is even answering questions in a way that makes you feel somehow stupid.
