En mi estadia, contrate una habitacion de 8 personas, la cual me resulto algo pequeña para la cantidad de camas que habia en la misma, no habia posibilidad de "circulacion" en la habitacion. Por lo demas el HI esta 10 puntos.- (233565)

se requiere personal en el hostal que de orientacion turistica el cual pueda hablar en espanol, para los turistas latinos que acudimos Respuesta del albergue: Querido Hosteller: Gracias por sus comentarios y perdonanos por no tener la informacion turistica que ustedes necesitaban durante su visita. Hacemos muchos esfuerzo para dar, a todos los huespedes, la información turistica de Washington. Por ejemplo, en la primera planta tenemos un area dedicada a la informacion turistica de la ciudad y a los alrededores. Tambien, hay voluntarios que llegan varios dias la semana para contester preguntas sobre Washington y el hostal. Ademas, muchos de ellos son billingues (pero no siempre en castellano). Yo, por ejemplo, me encanta conversar con los hispanohablantes sobre mi ciudad. Es una lastima que no conociamos! (228473)

Las instalaciones son muy viejas. The facilities are very old. Has large rooms, but try to get a room on the lower floors otherwise you will walk endless stairs. The pasta evening was particularly nice. When I checked in, the front desk person was not very friendly. Then when I went up to the room, the bunk I had been assigned was unmade and had a dirty towel on it. The front desk person changed me to a different bunk that had been made. Fantastic breakfast! Bathrooms were very clean which was great. Wifi was a little sketchy at times but still good for a free service. Jeff's monument tour was excellent! A brilliant hostel. Very clean, fairly modern shower facilities, decent breakfast, comfortable and well-sized rooms. Events and tours run by the volunteer Mark were a really good way of meeting people. Would recommend to anyone going to Washington, and would definately stay here again if I come back to DC!
