He estado en varios Hostels de HI, y siempre habían respetado el depósito hecho por internet. En HI Boston, no respetaron el depósito, y además de eso, el precio era segun internet de 39 dlls y me cobraron 45 por noche, aún teniendo tarjeta de miembro. El servicio está bien, pero de ninguna manera justifica que cobren más de lo indicado en el internet, y no respeten el depósito. Además de eso, se hizo el reclamo en frontdesk y no resolvieron nada. Espero eviten este tipo de inconvenientes para otros viajeros. Otra pregunta es cómo puede un Hostel en Guatemala ser miembro de Hostelling International ya que yo soy de Guatemala y acá y no existe hasta ahora uno, y estoy interesado en ser parte de su grupo, ya que he estado en varios y me parece una excelente forma de viajar. Cancelé mi reservación debido a que no tienen habitaciones familiares para cuatro personas y me saliá mejor ir a un hotel que pagar una habitación de 6 personas, ademas de que no tenía espacio libre para darme una habitación para mi familia "solos"

La zona destinada a comedor comunitario se quedaba pequeña ya que estava siempre llena de gente con sus ordenadores, y era difícil encontrar sitio para comer. El desayuno un poco pobre. Una cosa buena és que ofrecen la possibilidad de hacer excursiones y entradas a museos.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us in Boston. I apologize that my Spanish speaking skills are very weak. It appears that you have brought up a point which we are all trying to solve: what can we do with the constant presence of laptop users in our dining room and in other common areas? We are in the process of upgrading our WIFI signal and hopefully, this will allow people to sue their laptops I other areas and allow the dining area to be utilized for dining and for meeting other people. The rooms are extremely small, they try to squeeze as much people in as possible. But the people were extremely nice and helpful and organized some fun events. The breakfast buffet was great and even included some fresh fruits!

the hotel is perfect, except someone slept naked in my dorm. I had to watch his xxxxx bend and stand again and again the whole morning. that is not good exprience.
