I had a pleasant stay at the hostel. However, it would have been nice to have bathroom and toilets inside the room like Munich hostel.

It is the worst experience for my entire life. I got some unknown bed bugs bitten all over my arms, legs and body, over 150 places, and I went to the counter the next morning to seek for help on changing the room and medication, the girl at the counter only said" oh, it's mosquitos, because of the weather and maybe someone left the window open" Till the second morning I met the manager, she refunded the charge of 2 night staying for us, but still, we went to see the doctors all by ourselves, and the manager kept saying "it will be fine in 2-3 days." Actually it's not, cause when we see the doctor, the doc told us the mark won't go away in 3 months, and it's getting itchy and itchy, cause the dot said the bugs poison actually will hurt our immune system, and it won't go away easily. I believe this will not only happen in 2-3 years a time, cause the cleanliness and service in this hostel is really poor.

We enjoyed our week at Lucerne and would like to have stayed longer. An electric kettle would have been appreciated in our room so we could make an early (or late) cup of tea
