O único problema é a localização, próximo ao metrô, mas distante do centro.

Everything was great. It is not so close to the city center. At 12 you can no longer cook or keep the lights on. The price was great and the breakfast too

El personal de recepción un encanto, pero las señoras de la limpieza un horror, llegamos tarde al albergue debido a que de noche tuvimos que aterrizar de emergencia en Alicante, así que al llegar muy tardes Madrid y al albergue, le pedimos al chico de recepción que si podíamos abandonar la habitación un poco mas tarde. El dijo que si, sin problemas. Al día siguiente las señoras de la limpieza nos obligaron a dejar la habitación por la mañana y no nos dejaron utilizar el baño, a pesar de tener una de nosotras un par de camas reservadas para mas noches. Aun así, el hostal esta genial para el precio que es, y el desayuno una pasada, muy bueno. Respuesta del albergue: Hola Marta; Gracias por tu valoración tan positiva de nuestro albergue. Este comentario nos ayuda a seguir mejorando y coordinarnos de una manera mas operativa dentro del equipo. como responsable lamento profundamente el trato de nuestras compañeras, a veces no conseguimos transmitir bien la información desde recepción a el resto del staff, No obstante me gustaría decirte que no es ni nuestro método ni nuestra filosofía de trabajo lo que te ocurrió en tu estancia. The hostel looks like a bunker and feels the same. It is a little far from the city center but quite close to the metro. I liked the way how an 8-person room was planned so that it does not feel like too many people in the same room. The staff spoke English reasonably well. A single power socket is located by each bed, unfortunately not all of them work. The security is not good since the facility only has paid lockers (2E/day) where even medium-sized backpacks do not fit. Overall: a basic facility in a location far fa...not too central; not too bad but not too good either. Those who love bunker-style architecture will appreciate ;)

I was so impressed by the value for money and the quality of this hostel. I loved how clean it was, that I got clean sheets, everything looked new and very well kept. Breakfast time and check out time were very reasonable, not too early. The breakfast included in the price surprised me and was great. The variety of food was good. It was easy to find with the map and directions found on the website and it was within good distance from Madrid centre and close to the metro station. I was very pleased.
