El personal no fue muy sinpático los primeros dias sin embargo empezaron a serlo socarronamente al perdirnos que los valoraramos positivamente en esta encuesta. Me encantan los animales, yo mismo tengo un perro n casa, pero quién tenga problemas de alergia sepa que allí hay un perro y varios gatos que pululan por el mostrador.

This is a nice, friendly hostel. Bike hire was great. It is quite a long walk to the city centre, but the hostel is not far from West Lake.

We loved our stay at Hangzhou Youth Hostel. It was peaceful, well located and laid out very well. The rooms were clean and surrounds beautiful. I would highly recommend it to other travellers!

The location is great for access to the lake and some nice walks. I would have been better if the staff told people that there is a visitor information center just beyond the Wo Fan Shi memorial/home. I accidentally found it in the evenng of last day there. Hangzhou is worth the trip.
