En el quinto culo. Ni un cartel o señal indicando el lugar. Dificil de encontrar. Incomunicado por autobuses y/o metro a partir de las 00:30 (olvídate de salir de fiesta). So long, isolated, not sing or indication for know how to arrive it. Difficult talk with personal. Not clean. closet broken. SO NOISY (YOU CAN LISTEN BATHROOM perfectly). Afastado de tudo, sujo, muito barulho no quarto do banheiro, armarios quebrados, etc.

I recommend checking the cleanliness of the covers. Maybe for some simple mistakes, some blankets are dirty with bird poop (room 122 and 123).

The week before my departure i read the reviews about this hostel (i know... wrong way around). Reading the different reviews almost made me decide to cancel my resarvation, but i'am glad i didn't! Chateau du Bois-Luzy is situated on a hill in the 12th district of The place is BEAUTIFUL and the view is STUNNING. Make sure that you arrive when the reception is opened! (08:00 / 10:00 and from 17:00 / 20:00). Pro's - Beautiful building and view - Frendly staff (if present) - Safe location and neighborhood - Breakfast is simple but the food is fresh Con's - Far from the center of Marseille - Rooms and sanitary dated (but clean) Marseille is a big (and sometimes dangerous) city but has only a little to offer to tourists. It's central location in the south of France, makes it easy to travel to Italy or Spain. If you want to spend a night in a typical Frensh building for 1 or 2 night, this is a beautiful place! Muy mala recepcion Horarios mas flexibles seria mas apropriado. No hay lugares comunes para poder sentarse, solo existe el comedor con sillas muy incomodas y gente comiendo. No hay un sitio para poder relajarse y hablar con otros viajeros. Hay dos enormes salas vacias que me imagino usaran en el futuro ( espero) para los clientes. El jardin podria ser muy agradable pero un poco descuidado. El tendedero con ropa a plana vista , podria disimularse con un seto o una pared. Muy mal indicado. Yo llegue a las 1030 de la noche a la estacion de metro de Fourragere y en la pagina web te indican que el hostal está a 15 minutos a pie pero no indican en que direccion. No habia nadie a esa hora para preguntar y tarde 2 horas en encontrar el sitio. Mas señales que indiquen la ruta desde la estacion de metro al hostal seria recomendable o informacion mas exacta en la pagina web. Limpieza regular. Cuartos de baño no muy limpios y muy incomodos.

La recepcionista que nis atendió fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros, pero el edificio del albergue estaba muy deteriorado y los baños estaban un poco sucios.

I expected all hihostels to have similar standard but this one was way below. No proper doors to lock the showers is not acceptable when both males and females use it. Also when we arrived in the evening there was someone else sleeping in our room who didn't even have the key for our room. How good is the security?

For me, this youth hotel is very very dirty and the room is uncomfortable. Also,the hotel has a bad smell. Location is terrible far away from city center and hard to find it.

Beautiful location, really nice stuff, nice old style kitchen : ), I loved breakfast - simple not a lot choice, but really nice products : ) We are looking forward to ready reconstruction - like opening of next dining room and also using of potential of your roof terrace. It would be also great to could get directly to the parc - I know it is difficult cause it is public and has opening hours....but maybe...
