| Los empleados no fueron ni amables ni.simpaticos ni alegres ni nada. No disfrutan lo que hacen y eso se ve y se siente.
Solamente Pati de España era excelente. Muy eficiente y sore todo muy agradable, simpatica, empatica y cordial. | ||

| Situado dentro de un parque a 1 km del metro High Street Kensington y algo menos del bus 9 a Trafalgar Sq. Chek in a las 14.00 hrs y chech out a 10.00 hrs.No olvides un candado o a pagar 3 libras y un conversor-enchufe de electricidad Ingles-Europa o a pagar 4 libras.Si pierdes la llave te multan con 10 libras.Te cobran WIFI.
Cierran al anochecer (17.00 hrs). Si careces del carnet de Hi Hostels pagas 5 libras mas por noche.Hay una recepcionista española (PATTY) que es muy maja y ayuda mucho. | ||

| Very nice staff. Superb location. Some parts of the building and facilities look a bit too old, though.
Please, provide more sockets! two sockets in a room for 12 are too few :(
Access to internet (and that implies ALL youth hostels) should be cheaper. | ||

| Considero que este Hostelling es bueno, pero falto un poco más de preocupación hacia el sector del 3 piso cerca de la pieza 14 el baño de allí jamás tuvo confort, eso fue el único detalle, muy superable, de lo demás muchas gracias, acogedor para estos días fríos!!! | ||

| nice location but some problems: staff not so friendly (i.e. I asked to go to the toilet one hour after my checkout and they did not allow me).
Not so clean: after dinner one guy vomited on the stairs in front of my dorm and the vomit stayed there until the next morning. | ||
