El precio indicado en la pagina web no estaba correcto. el cuarto estaba mas frio que afuera y no tenia calefaccion

They didnt want to recognize the reservation that i have made in HI webpage. We made a reservation of a double room, and they sent us (2 people) to other room shared with other 2 people. What's worse, they wanted to charge us 75$ insteado of the 28$ according to the webpage prize. Finally the treat us very bad for complaining about this situation. Once there, the location was perfect (although it wasnt in the building published, it was in another house 2 blocks away, ) but the window was broken (so, we have to sleep with the sun in our faces every morning), and the shower, without any presure, was one of the worse shower i had ever taken.

Mar del Plata in my opinion is the most beautiful city in Argentina! There is a lot of things to do: museums, shopping streets, fantastic beaches and very amazing night clubs. Playa Grande Hostel is located two block from the Playa Grande, the best beach in Mar del Plata. It´s a good place to stay, the staf is very simpatic. Enjoy Mar del Plata!!!

There was some confusion with the payment (the total price of the beds was higher than what was said in the web page when making the reservation). The receptionist who took us in the first evening was not that professional, and because of this my party had to pay extra before checking out.

i didnt like that they only had mixed dorms. the rooms were tiny and the boys sprayed too much axe in there. i could hardly breathe. but the location is great, only two blocks from the beach and right off a strip of shops and restaurants. it was soooo nice not to be stuck in the way overcrowded downtown area. all the other guests were college age.
