The wireless internet is too expensive and the staff was not willing to help solve the problem when my money was eaten up by the machine.

I made a reservation for a 4-bed room in the HIhostal internet system. I got 2 beds i male dorm and 2 beds in female dorn. In Hamburg it was possible to change this with a telefone call to the hostal.

Very nice breakfast, everything works, but missed wifi at they lobby :)

The hostel itself was ok but it wasn't very clear where to go on arrival...i tried one door which was locked, then i waited a long time to be served. The lady was very polite but it was too busy for one person. I couldn't pay by card because the machine wasn't working, the keyring was so big it was ridiculous, I was given no bed linen and the rooms were not numbered correctly. It was a hot day, my bag was heavy and I had to traipse up and down looking for a room number that didn't exist. Very frrsutrating start to by trip.
