| I had a problem with the internet acess and the staff didn't know basic information (electricity force, for example). The location is very good, 10minutes walking to Central Station and 15minutes to GrandPlace | ||

| The main problem to me was the front desk, the blond girl was unpolite, she did not help my girlfriend when i had booked,because of that my girlfriend had to wait outside the hotel with huge bags, and the weather snowing. Please supervisor, tell her that is mandatory give information about the city. | ||

| The hostel had a good location just 10 minutes walk from the central station and the Grote Markt. The dormitories, bathrooms and the common areas were clean and the breakfast was good. The hostel closed for cleaning between 10 am and 2 pm, it wasnt really a problem to me but it is probably worse in the winter. | ||
