| The location is very good and my stay was fine, just troubled by the constant odour in the kitchen. Stale and like something is rotting in there.

| I would have liked more places to store my luggage. There also could be better ventilation in the women's dormitory. It smelled quite bad when I woke up in the morning. | ||

| Location is good as long as you are okay being away from any small towns and being deep within the Golden Gate National Park. The private rooms were brand new and have their own kitchen. We accidentally thought they were dorm rooms since they were unlocked and the staff person's description of the 2nd dorm building was very similar to the private room building.
2nd dorm building where we stayed had its own common area but no kitchen and is a minute walk from the main building with another dorm & kitchen. 2nd dorm was decent, only had one creeking bunk bed, but lighting inside at night was relatively limited. Plenty of light came thru the sky lights during the day though. Great kitchen with high powered, albeit sometimes quirky, gas stoves. | ||
