| There needs to be a 'Be careful of step' sign next to the lift. I tripped and hurt my knee badly next to the lift. There needs to be a better duty of care. | ||

| Wanted me to pay extra for a locker which should be free and in your room in a hostel, making a quick buck
also had leaking radiator which flooded the floor in the night and soaked all of my clothes

| The hostel overall was extremely good. I would certainly recommend the place to anyone else. The only issue that I had was the roommate. Who happened to be a total **** up. | ||

| Loved the unique experience of staying in the cube houses. I had a bed right next to a window with a view out over the square (Blaak Station) which was gorgeous. From Blaak station you can get metro lines or trains to other cities. Breakfast was good, staff accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here! Only down side was the second night the air conditioner got stuck on 18 degrees & I couldn't get it to turn off so the room got pretty cold. | ||

| Dreadful building which is totally unsuitable. "Cube Houses" but all at angles which make it very difficult to use. Not enough ventilation, curtains useless because of slanting windows, beds screwed to angles wall, room built round a stairwell so very cramped. Best description - StayAway Rotterdam! | ||
