| Because of my own reasons, I'm very satisfied with this hostel in general. It's clean, quiet, close to famous streat where lots of people visit and also not that hard to go to Sihu, the lake. The staff are also very nice. | ||

| This is a nice hostel in a very interesting area near the history gate. Itself is a tourist spot. Almost walking distance from Railway station and west lake both. staffs are very warm and helpful namely Lee, Winnie. I forgot the name of the other girl I met, whose name starts with "s". rooms are slightly small but nice and cozy. | ||

| Location needs to be clearer that you cannot drive there. Directions on the website would be helpful. I got VERY lost and upset after I could not find the way there. It's on a street where cars can't go.
The desk staff, especially one surnamed Guo, were especially helpful, friendly, prompt and attentive. I was really pleased with my stay here!! ホステルからの回答: | ||

| Hinges of the doors need WD40 lubricant.
Showers could have shelves and/or a special space to put our belongings.
More information on what to see in Hangzhou could be posted.
Lockers could be located near the bed not as sequence as it is. When bed 4 locker is at the head of the bed 1, it can disturb bed 1 client.
Kitchen sink had old dirt around.
Shower walls were full of old soap. I told the cleaning lady and she got angry.
