スタッフの対応がとても親切で助かりました。部屋にシャワートイレもついてますし、部屋以外にもロッカーがあるのも有りがたいです。立地も駅からとても近いのも良かったです。また、WIFI が使えるのもとても便利です。ですが、通話ができるほどの強度にかけるのは残念でした。

立地がすごくよかった！！近くにはセントローレンス市場というところで、おみげや食に興味ある人ならちょっとした観光もできるし、利便性ある。 キッチン、冷蔵庫、アクアクララのような水飲み場、部屋にシャワートイレなど、とても便利なところだった。

The room was dirty and very dry. Particularly,the windows are too dirty and the room had dust. Our mattresses were deformation. We were ask u but didn't change . We couldn't sleep well. While I was staying at Hihostel I was sick.

Room (302 or 303) was way too small to accommodate that many people (10pers)!!! There was no ventilation so very bad smell and too noisy. I tried to avoid the room as much as possible... Great things: the bar ans staff!

Very good location. Staff was friendly and planned cool events. Bar down stairs is relatively cheap, especially for happy hour.

I could not have been happier with my HI Toronto experience! The people were friendly, our room was clean, and it's at a great location- I could walk everywhere!

Overall we had a good stay. The room isn't big, so you don't have a lot of room to leave your bags, but there are lockers for the important stuff and the beds are clean. The bathroom (and chamber) was only cleaned once a week and so it really depends on who is staying in the room wether it is clean or not.

Although, I am not sure why you would think cleaning of the room and bathroom only happen once a week - we have daily cleaning of ALL our rooms, 7 days a week. The hostel is locate in very good neighborhood but it needs an emergency renovation. The room where I stood in 4 beds on the fourth floor needs fix the curtains, lamps and also the plugs. The restrooms also needs a renovation. The sheets and pillow case always are on the bed and never the bed are made. I prefer continental breakfast instead the way it is served. We have choice what would you like have to eat. Thanks

The reason we leave the sheets folded on the bed is for the guest to know that their sheets are fresh and have not yet been used. We think continental breakfasts are great - but we chose to have fresh home made meals for our guests (we think it gives it a special touch, don't you think?).
