| I didn't notice the bedrooms being ho overed anytime during my stay which i felt was necessary, and the internet charges was high considering that you could go to Peter Pans across the road for a 1 off charge for $2 for unlimited use. | ||

| Staff pretended that the 10% discount on accommodation for AYHA membership varied by hostel, and wouldnt honor it. One guy was rude & his boss was just bullshitting. However, it was a small sum involved, but being lied to & treated like a fool wasnt appreciated. | ||

| Good hostel, not the best common areas so harder for solo travellers and one of the kitchens was out of order so kitchen a bit cramped but good facilities. | ||

| Some of the rooms are getting really old and dirty! A GOOD clean would be in order. The duvets don't get washed. Only a matter of time before the place gets infested with bedbugs | ||

| The hotel is very clean and the bedroom was great. There isn't really a lounge on the fourth floor where I stayed - the TV is in the kitchen area, which is quite small. I would have liked the kitchen to be better stocked with saucepans and utensils. Be warned: there is no oven, no cafetieres, and the electric hot plates are so underpowered they couldn't boil water for pasta! | ||

| Noisy but what can one expect in the middle of the city. I still slept as they supplied ear plugs which really helped. But the staff were excellent and clean kitchen and facilities. The location was ideal for tripping wround or just walking around. Great stay and will definately recommend it.
