Male shower was disgusting. Locks on dorm doors and personal storage non existent. Staff absent. Good location. Near main subway line. Maybe this hsotel is better when it is full, but when the occupancy is low, see above.

Thanks for your comments, we have huge lockers (90x70x60cm) for each dorm bed so its a little unfair to tell we don´t provide space for personal storage. If the complain is abut padlocks yes we don´t provide them we sell, but is something we tell all our guests form their arrival and most of the time guests bring their own. We are sorry if you had a bad experience with the bathroom, cause we are always aware of it condition and try to keep it clean at all times. Its a shame you did not found a lot of people at the hostel during your stay, we are glad you had enjoy the location. Bernardo O. Manager

When I arrived the beds had no sheets and the bathrooms were not clean. On top of this, when I arrived there was no one in the hotel, but two construction workers working on renovations who opened the door. It did not feel safe and definitely it was not hygienic. The location is good, but for the same price you can stay in the downtown area in a much nicer place.

Ingrid we are sorry that you had found a part of the hostel under reconstruction, we gave your linen to put it over your bed and show you were did the bathroom non over reconstruction were located, even that all the rooms we offer privates and shared have shared bathroom, you were insisting that that was not possible in a Hotel & we told you that this was not a Hotel but a Hostel; we even find you an other room on a different hostel in Condesa; but there is nothing we could do if you were looking for a Hotel and to not cross with the other travelers.
