ce n est pas une auberge de jeunesse , c est un véritable hôtel lits faist ts les jours , serviettes changées ts les jours , chambre propre , très jolie , frigo , clim , télé , bouilloire avec café et thé petit dej un buffet gigantesque parking en sous sol gratuit couple de 45-50 ans nous avons été enchante , nous reviendrons , c est super

the room was ok but smelling of cleaning fluid you have to guard your plate during breakfast as rude staff took away my coffee anf my plate with food when I went to bring some bread, they thow the coffee over my food and just laughed so thats the level of a waitress in Tel Aviv.

Receptionist were unfriendly. won´t find solutions, just "No!". Happened the first time to me after 4 weeks Israel and Isreal Youth Hostels. Anyway my girls dorm were in a shelter with unlocked access from upper room over an emergency ladder. After complaining the answer were "It is a dorm! Everybody has access to the room!" Means not only the people in your room but also at least one other room. Breakfast was amazing! Security service is perfect as well!

nice hostel,very clean and comfortable but no ambiance, only 5 minutes walk from the nice old jaffa. Many buses can bring you in tel-aviv from the hostel in 10 minutes at any time of the day.

I've rated the "efficiency of service", "cleanliness" and "value for money" poor because my room was not cleaned (and I received no fresh towels) from the Thursday morning until the Sunday. This was in spite of my highlighting (on the Saturday morning) the fact that my room had not been cleaned, and receiving assurances that it would be cleaned while I was out on Saturday evening. This is just not good enough. This was possible due to a management glitch since the cleaner herself was most apologetic. Although I do not speak Arabic (or Hebrew) I gathered that my room number was not "on her list". This is simply not good enough for the amount charged - not cheap! Also, the shower headset did not fit the shower bracket. In summary, I think the management needs to sharpen up its act. Perhaps it's become a bit complacent with so many Jewish groups booking in here by default. Frankly, I expected better service for the money, and would probably look elsewhere next time.
