Tres bien situé juste en face du centre commercial pres de tout Sympa bon petit dejeuner israelien belle vue de la terasse .Juste un peu de bruit mais vite réglé en allant voir le personnel. Tres bon rapport qualité prix

alors que j'ai reservé en décembre 2 chambres pour une famille, nous nous somme retrouvés dans des chambres donnant sur la terrasee où tous les groupes se retrouvaiient le soir jusqu'à 2h du matin. Donc très bruyant. Le personnel n'a pas voulu nous déplacer. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits très bruyantes c'est une très mauvaise gestion de l'organisation des chambres. ils ont également refusé ma carte de membredonnant 5% de réduction alors qu'ailleurs elle a été acceptée.

As for security, I was warned that hotel rooms were not safe so I used the reception to safeguard my valuables and it was perfect. Excellent breakfast included in the price is also worth mentioning. I definitely recommend the Eilat hostel and I will surely stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay, and the view from the breakfast-room is just great. Speaking of breakfast: delicious and in a good variety of fresh food.

The hostel is very clean and well located but that's the only good thing i can say about the hostel because the service was horrible. There is a terrace in front of the rooms so it's very noisy. There is a curfiew at 11:00 pm but no one respect it...even the staff. When i asked the staff to do something about the poeple hanging out right in front of my room at 4:00am she said that she can't move the terrace away! I told her that maybe she could try to get the poeple to respect the curfiew or to move me to another room but she didn't care. On the last morning of my stay, i was leaving the hostel very early so i requested a breakfast box to go......They said that they offer the service but they just forgot to prepare my meal and there was no one in the kitchen......so i didn't get the service !!! Staff service was horrible !

The hostel is very well located and the room was very clean. There is a terrace right in front of the rooms so when people talk on the terrace it's impossible to sleep. There's suppose to be a curfiew at 11:00 pm but it's not respected by anyone and if you ask the staff to do something about it.......they wont do nothing. I asked them to give me another room but they refuse. It's a clean place and also not very expensive but it's also very noisy and the service from the staff is absolutely horrible.
