| Overall I loved the Hostel. The staff isn't Irish which is a bit of a bummer but not too big of a deal. The location seemed safe and although it was a bit outside of the city center I didn't think it was a big deal. One of the best hostels we have stayed in on our five week trip. | ||

| My room key got deactivated every morning at checkout time after the third night of my six night stay, but the desk staff were quick about reactivating it. Needs more outlets in the room though, one outlet for ten beds got kind of complicated. Réponse de l'auberge: | ||

| The hostel is quite clean and well managed. Note however that the area where it is located can feel a little unsafe, especially at night when walking by yourself or in a small group of girls. We took cabs all the time to avoid feeling uneasy while walking. Other wise, very good hostel, great value for money! | ||

| It is too expensive at times, even with the membership card, prices vary too much from one day to another. Also I have not appreciated too much the fact that I could not cancel my membership card once booked online, what a lack of customer service !!!! Normally, you have 7 days to get a refund, I guess they do not sell too much of it they did not want to bother in refunding me. Staff is quite nice.
The hostel is well located, and it is very close to city center, and maintenance in the hostel is good. Breakfast is included which is a key point too. Réponse de l'auberge: | ||
