| Auberge très bien tenue, parfaitement équipée et avec des espaces communs spacieux. Un endroit où on resterait bien plus longtemps ! Le staff à la réception est très disponible. La literie est une bonne surprise et les chambres doubles plutôt spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel mais c'est à volonté donc plutôt économique. Pour rejoindre le centre ville il vous faudra prendre le bus mais pour nous ça n'a pas été un problème, à pied je pense qu'il faudrait 20 minutes. | ||

| With only one person at the desk it is time consuming to wait to ask a quick question. Really enjoyed the stay, but would reccomend having another receptionist :) | ||

| comfortable and clean. helpful staff. nice kitchen areas. shame there was no oven - bought a pizza one evening at supermarket, then realised I couldn't cook it! A fairly long walk into centre - nice in sunny weather, less pleasant in drizzle. Next to outdoor swimming pool which was very enjoyable. why do you not offer male only dorms? seems rather sexist - female only exist. lounge area pleasant, but occupied by school group in evening. | ||

| Reykjavik City Hotel is a pretty well located. Just next door to a public swimming(heated) pool, which I used everyday!!!
The breakfast at the hostel also was pretty good!!!
If you don't want to travel to the town center(by bus), then walk 25 minutes and appreciate the landscape, housing,etc, | ||

| Great hostel with two self catering kitchens. Very airy feeling. A bit inconvenient without a car. Bus 14 into town about every half hour. 700kr return. It's about a half hour walk. | ||
