| Very disappointed with the check-in procedure. It seems that providing our names and the booking reference number is not enough to enable a smooth check in. Instead we were asked to provide the email showing the booking reference number. This involved using the hostel's computer on which everything comes up in Chinese.
It would be great if the staff had a list of all the people who have booked for that day so that they could greet them when they arrive instead of giving the impression that one's booking doesn't exist. | ||
