| It is the most horrible hostel I have ever stayed in. People in charge of the reception don't know their job at all. I knew I was arriving after closing hour so I sent four e-mails telling them about this situation and they never ever answered them. Getting notice of this ineptitude a friend of mine that speaks German called them to inform about my delay. When I arrived the guy at the desk didn't know at all about the call, however he grumped that I was late. Also, he tried to charge me more than expected because he didn't find me in their booking list. Very bad service. They take for granted people will book with them because it is a HI hostel. | ||

| Location was 5 km out of the center of Freiburg. Luckily we had a bike to go there.
