Sympa, se qu'on attend d'une auberge de jeunesse. Seule fausse note: un personnel à l'acceuil pas toujours trés passient dans les discussions. Dans une hostelerie internationale tous les client ne peuvent pas être bon en anglais!

we booked 1 bed in a male dorm and 3 bed in a female dorm and everything was mixed boys and girls together for me it wasn't a problem but for some girls it was.

It was very nice hostel. It is not so far from the city center. It was very cheap.

Being woken up to a fire alarm at 2 a.m. wasn't a pleasant experience, if it starts and the hallway fills up with smoke, it should take sooner than ten minutes for someone to either go and notice it wasn't for real, or at least make sure the residents get up and out in case of real fire.

I'm russian. My English language is poor, . my acquaintance not speak English. Some moments of service I understood hardly. I think notes about your services in basic languages will be useful. Files in PC at reception, print in need of them. Second: we lived in room 28. Place near a window is worst. It is not enough chairs for the big room. In summary: I think your services for this money is very good (many thanks for girl at reception -- she suffered my pronunciation and my misunderstanding :).
