| It's a great hostel in a beautiful place. Alfriston is a small village, but very beautiful. The hostel is very clean. The staff is very kind, especially the Italian boy.
But the hostel is not open 24h. You cannot enter or leave it when you want in daytime and nightime... and that's not good at all. (208692) | |||

| I though that the concept of Youth Hostel was to propose cheap accomodation solution for young people. However, at this hostel the average age would probably be about 50 years old or more. I am not against mixing the genration as we have to learn from each other but I think this is a bit unfair that senior people (60 or +), who probably do not have to spend money to raise children anymore and have the money to go in b&b are taking the places of young people or families with children.
Moreover, there is a curfew at 11 pm in this hostel so this reveals that the use of this hostel is more dedicated to senior people than to young people wanting to go out in Bristol! (176827) | |||
