| An excellent hostel in most ways except one--smoking is allowed in the interior courtyard and the smoke drifts into bedroom windows that open into the courtyard. It is time to join the 21st century and ban smoking on hostel property. | ||

| I was glad to see there is a Reading Room. Unfortunately, it is not used as such; it's just another room to hang out, skype, talk loudly. I think it would be great to keep it as a (quiet) reading room, so much needed, I think, in hostels. | ||

| Excellent ! this hostel in old Quebec city. It was also very clean. Keep the good work ! The only think that I have liked less : the coffee at breakfast time in the cafeteria : that could be upgraded. Thank you. | ||

| multiple issues with the door lock that were unresolved despite the door's battery being changed. staff member kept me waiting at the front desk after i was locked out of my room so he could leisurely finish smoking his cigarette. holes in the curtains, moldy rugs. | ||

| Séjour très agréable, la qualité du service est très bonne. Je vous donne juste quelques petits details pour que vous puissiez vous perfectionner. 1) Problèmes récurents avec les cartes, particulièrement pour accéder aux chambres. 2) Je trouve qu'il manque un meuble dans la salle de bain du 3e étage, il n'y a en effet pas d'espace pour poser ses affaires ( trousse de toilettes, serviette...). 3) Je me suis fait embarquer ma serviette de bain par le service de chambre, alors qu'elle était posé sur mon lit ( pas très grave mais déplaisant). Sinon c'était exellent je reviendrais!! | ||
