Pas de lockers dans la chambre ou le couloir. Dommage lavabo hors d'usage dans la chambre + problème au Cavern donc impossible de prendre le petit dej, qu'on a pas pu se faire rembourser. Réponse de l'auberge: Desolé que vous n"avez pas aimer votre visite. C"est dommage que vous n"avez pas parler à la réception. J"ai investigué, et vous avez payer $20 de moins à cause du salle de bain dans votre chambre. Nous avons aussi une salle de casiers, mais dans une chambre privée comme celui dans laquel vous avez resté, c"est normalement pas necessaire. (215578)

Great location. Clean and large Kitchen. Nice heating. I had use the public computer(Minimum $3) in socialize room when I wanted to use printer, even though I had my own laptop. Service could be improved by letting us hook up to their printer and charging per pages or so. Also, bed sheets were nice and clean but for some reason my room stinked a little. I guess it's either ventilation or facility maintenance... or simply the rain. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I wish they dealt with postal stamps at the front counter like the one in Montreal. Réponse de l'auberge: Thank you - your feedback is very helpful to us. I liked the hostel,right in the middle of the city and easy to get around.The staff were very friendly and helpful too.Would highly recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to stay in Toronto.
