- Personnel inefficace (j'ai du aider pour retrouver ma réservation faite sur internet; la chambre privée réservée au préalable n'était plus disponible; puis ils n'avaient pas la clé de la chambre) ou au pire désagréable (le gérant australien, pas un sourire, juste là pour récupérer l'argent) | ||

| Sur leur site internet ils parlent de "free laundry" mais en faite c'est un évier. et ils parlent aussi d'eau chaude 24/24, mais dans notre douche c'était froid. | ||

| Noice from reception area untill late and when you checkin you are not sure to get the room you have reserved and for the confirmed price. Bathroom and toilets wet all day but facilities in rooms are fine. As I know many other HiHostels I found this one dissapointing. | ||

| One of the staff in the reception didn't know English, and we could not communicate with her.
We ordered through the site, and in the hostel it was claimed that we should add extra payment in addition to what was mentioned in the internet.
We ordered a room with shower and it appeared that the shower in the room doesn't have hot water and only the shared shower has - this wasn't mentioned in the site, if we knew that we wouldn't order room with shower. | ||

| The worst hostel we have ever stayed at on any continent. Amazing that they charge 50% more than Paudimar in Foz do Iguacu where we had a private ensuite room, generous breakfast, friendly restaurant and bar as well as pool. At Manaus it was a case of a room with no external windows, an ineffective floor fan, mean make-your-own breakfast and queue for toilet and shower facilitiesw. | ||
