| As a regular user of hostelling international, i can say this is the worst welcoming i have ever seen. I was received by some host who was pissed to repeat what she just said in english!!!!! this is a youth hostel !!! Not everyone speaks german !!! everyone seemed pissed to receive peole, and it is their job ! (233717) | |||

| Manque un peu de verdure malgré le petit jardin intérieur.Le personnel étant nombreux il y a des sympas et d'autres moins... Mais je la recommanderai à mes amis.
J'ai séjourné aussi à celle de Melk et le petit déjeuner était plus varié( ici pas de jus de fruit de yaourt ou de céréales) (214255) | |||

| il est dommage de devoir payer pour avoir un simple yahourt ou jus d'orange lors du petit déjeuner. L'auberge est remplit de règle débiles: ne pas rester dans la chambre entre 10h et 13h pour le nettoyage (à quand les grasse matinée ???), interdit de nettoyer son linge (il faut payer une machine...), interdit d'amener de l'alcool etc... | The staff were rude and extremely unfelpful. Not convinced about security of the luggage room as it was out of sight of the reception area and guests helped themselves using a readily avalable key. Breakfast was minimal with may items costing extra. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean with good lockers. The social area was not vey comforable and inviting so didn't meet many people while staying there. Moved to another hostel for my final night in Vienna as it was much cheaper and more secure and the staff fabulous. (232975) | |||
