The guys were very friendly and helpful. It was fab to get a hot shower after days of travelling. Not to sure about the security as anyone can get into the hostel during the day from the main street. Good chill out area. It is a good place if you want to relax without too much noisefrom fellow travellers (200104)

In the front of the hostel doesnt look good, but inside its ok. The problem its the breakfast its terrible, i was drinking 2 cups of milk and the guy from reception sayed 1 liter its from all guest. (205052)

I feel we were overcharged for our night's stay as we had booked an ensuite room which we did not get. Also our room was upstairs thru a dormitory room and had to go downstairs thru to bathroom. The door to our room did not lock from the inside (the latch was broken) so we had to put a pack against the door to even keep it closed. Does not give much confidence as regards security. (190328)

having breakfast provided and holding our luggage were nice perks. we stayed there two other nights during our time in Bolivia. "fair" for cleanliness because the shared bathrooms could get grungy but the staff does work hard to address your questions / problems. (189753)

The staff allowed a guy to take a girl, who didn't stay at the hostel, into the dorm at night. Not very considerate regarding the other guests. (194727)

Booked a double room two days in advance only to turn up and discover that although they had our booking, the double was occupied. Got put in dorm beds right next to the bar and then when put in the double, it was pretty much a cupboard in the dorm. Has the potential to be a really cool hostel but everyone who was there at the same time as us was commenting on the lack of atmosphere, service etc... (174752)

Very satisfied stay. Rooms spacious and clean. Other facilities good. Can recommend this hostal (161482)
