| Security was amazing we were locked out of the hostel for about 2 hours! We had to beg for some heat when we arrived early in the morning despite it been below freezing. (201216) | |||

Laundry service destroyed clothes, came back missing or with holes.
Charged triple price for double room compared to twin room.
Charged 25% more to arrange poor bus service to la paz.

| The hostel was quite dark and wedidn't really see many other guests whilst we were there. The number of rules made the hostel feel quite unwelcoming - only 1 shower per day, max 7 mins per shower, electrical stuff could only be charged in reception and for a limited time etc. (169594) | |||
