| I've been visiting HI hostels for nearly 10 years, and this has been by far the worst experience I've had. First of all, this is not a hostel, it is a house. It has no reception. In order to reach someone who is in charge once you arrive, you have to call them by phone.
The next ugly thing is that the whole hostel has only ONE bathroom, ONE bathroom sink and ONE toilet seat, which tells about bathroom's cleanliness and availability. It's located in a narrow old town street and the front door is OPEN (not only unlocked!) whole night, and you can hear people talking and shouting while passing by after night life. Security is scary.
PLUS, staying here will cost you more than staying in Venice, Milano, Torino, Nice or Palermo... if you ask me - it's not worth it. (210986) | |||
