I'd guess that the next step would be for your hostels to join the youth hostel association network - thanks.

One shower was broken, in the other there wasn't any light and the bed sheets had holes

- Overbooking policy, regardless of the guest situation,... - Disonest staff - they make you pay and then tell you that the room they have is not exactly the one you paid for in the first place! - Rooms with no keys, rooms with absolute no privacy, including a room with a WINDOW WITHOUT ANY KIND OF PROTECTION, WITH AN EXCLUSIVE VIEW TO THE BATHROOM USED BY ALL... - Please, do not go to ALIBI HOSTEL!

Good choice but if we can read Chinese when using their PC would be perfect.

We were disappointed particularly with the cleanliness and the state of the bathroom and bedroom facilities.

Reasonable hostel but the twin room consisted of a single mattress on a double bed frame and another on the floor. Excellent location and generally good stay otherwise, although showers were fairly poor -- sometimes dirty and not very well maintained.

Youth Hostels in the U.K. tend to hold a mixed range of people with families and young children. This one in Ljubijana was full of young people having a lovely time. We felt as though we were definitely the wrong side of 40! I think that it would be a good idea to inform visitors beforehand. This is not a complaint. We enjoyed ourselves.
