This is the hostel to go to if you actaully want to get some sleep. It's outside the centre so you'll find restaurants and shops which are actually within an avcceptable price range. The hostel shares the grounds with a gym of some sort but in August its completely sedate. Good for a decent night's sleep. They also have a whole bunch of really cheap drinks and food machines which actually work and actually give you change! Coffee is 40 cents! Not much action but that's great if you want some quiet. There are several bus lines that run regularly into the town centre but I found the 15m walk home at the end of the day extremely appealing. Remember: Ljubljana is really small. Don't let the maps fool you!

I find it amazing the possibility of traveling around the world with the Hihostels. I find it lively to find young people willing to know another countries and cultures. Thank you very much for offering this possibility. I will travel and spend my nights at YH as much as possible.

Stuff spoke very poor English, no change money, the building was old school (or something) and it was pretty hard to find in an evening. We had pretty bad experience about this one.
