It was hard to communicate with the receptionists. They are impatient and they don't communcate well with each other. When I checked in, I told them that I will stay one more night and I have reserved online. They told me I could stay at the same room as I did for the previous four nights. But on the fifth day, the receptionist said I needed to move to another room, which was in the attic and very small. He insisted that I had to move.I cannot accept that room and finally I could only decide to move into a much more expensive room in hotel Orel, which was also in their operation. I felt very upset.

Was very much like a hotel, not suprising as its attached to one, but quite surreal as a hostel. Im glad I was travelling with someone otherwise I would have felt quite isolated as there is nowhere to meet anyone else staying there. We were there 2 nights and I only saw a glimpse of someone else staying there! We did have a tv in the room which was a suprise and the location is pretty much as central as you can get in the old part of the town, its right on the main square so that made it a great base for sightseeing.

Great central location and the rooms at the hostel were more like a hotel than a hostel. Very nice rooms, clean with lots of room and even a small refridgerator! Friendly staff too.

I was a very reasonable price and I had really no problem at all. All the workers were very kind and friendly. Rooms are as well-cleaned as hotels in Japan for example, which means very high level. If I may, I would say that I couldn't know that the entrance to the UNI Hotel was common with the one to the Odeal Hotel, because the sign of UNI Hotel at the entrance was small. It is also very good that they have LAN running in every room. They could probably put short LAN cables there and all the travelers with own laptops would be able to use it instantly. In short, very good price and very organized!! Bravo!!!
