never expect it is so good,so nice, so convenient and so wonderful a hostel. The staff are extremely helpful and the lady initiated to offer me a desktop for me to check in online.

The room was pretty comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly. Most importantly, the location is unbeatable. It's close to the subway and everything you need.

I extended another 2 more nights at your hostel, and was a pleased by the promptness and helpfulness of your staff. Especially one of the male staff wearing a ear stud, he was always ready to hand me my room keys or give me additional travel information even before I asked for it. Great job!

The space in the room i stayed in is quite limited. Not recommended if you intend to have many shopping bags around. Good for light travellers who need a comfortable bed and clean toilet. The service is superb, and it's pretty easy to locate the place.

This is a highly recommanded hostel. Staff is helpful, friendly and really polite. The environment is really good. The bed is soft, all facilities are clean and the sevice is very well.=] By the way, i like the smell in cityinn very much!! haha

There are signs that remind us to reuse the towels in order to save the earth. However, no matter where we have put the towels, the staffs keep replacing them everyday. Also, I don't think it is good to the environment to replace the toothbrush and toothpaste everyday as they are only used once.
