was a big surprise for me look so ugly hostel, I understand that part of hi hostels guarantees certain standards. but in this hostel i wasn't so. (225520)

Indeed the local itself is a bit old and small too. This is because the hostel runs on an apartment. Nevertheless, the hospitality is rather good and they are efficient concerning administrative work (booking rooms and train tickets, etc) the location of the hostel is also nice; 10 min walking to Kremlin. Kitchen is not neat sometimes, the washing machine is in there so you get to see clothes on the shelf next to the window or sometimes there are dirty dishes in the sink. (184958)

Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely worth asking them where to eat, what to do etc as tourist information in Moscow is non existent. Say hi to George :) (186035)

Staff very helpful (specially but not only, Kriss). The rooms were very clean. I just will suggest to improve the 2 PCs avalaible (i.e. the mouse was half broken). You must be aware that you have to climb up 4 stages through the stairs to get there. Otherwise is a perfect place. (179958)
