The 700 rubles for visa registration was excessive since another place we stayed at only charged 150 rubles.

the hotel gives people feel that they are money-minded. we pay a map from them, after that, i found that is is a free map and i can get from our living room. they asked for 700 rp for each person as registration fee to prove that we are living in their hotel, for this they haven't memtion before in the payment, and i found it is not necessary and it is free of accommodation registration in other hotel. the staff is cold. but they can speak English and tell us some useful information.
