Actually, I booked 4 bed x room before arrival. Last, my name did not present on the confirmation letter because I could not open the confirmation letter. I told to Hi-hostel through E-mail, but I could not receive my answer immediate. When I arrived the hostel, I only stayed one-night in 4-bed room. We also needed to move to 10-bed room with the mixed female-male room. First night, we met drunk man and impolite to us in Room 11. We negotiated with unit manager-Scot who allowed us to stay on 4th floor Room 3 at one night. Every day we needed to negotiate with unit manager for fixation of accommodation so that we could not pack up my dirty clothing and needed to go basement for packing clothing. We needed to climb up 4th floor stairs everyday and no privacy for girls in basement when we picked up my girl's clothing. I suggested that the lift installation needed and tried to fix long-term room for traveller during 6 days period.

Only negative point: Be ready to change of room, especially if you plan to stay there for a couple of nights! Otherwise: friendly staff, clean place, great location, cool people. Most probably one of the best places to stay in Moscow for westerners! I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Moscow :)

Good hostel, centrally located (considering Moscow's immense distances). Clean, good facilities, big kitchen with utensils and appliances. No curfew is a plus. Staff is helpful and friendly, all of them.
